HOW TO CARE FOR YOU GWAB MERCH

We recommend washing your GWAB merch in cold water and hang to dry.  Dryers are very hard on any clothing causing fading and shrinking.

WHY IS SHIPPING SO MUCH??

Oh shipping….UGH! It is so costly for anyone to ship anything to anywhere! Shipping costs us minimal 19.99 plus tax, and the cost go up from there depending on the size and weight of the item(s). We are charging customers a flat fee but we will pay the difference. We feel it is the right thing to do. If an order is $199 (before tax) then we will pay the shipping for the customer. If you are travelling through New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, then we will not charge shipping and you can swing by and pick up your merchandise. 

We use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on the area that the parcel is being shipped to. Being able to trace an shipment is important as no one ever wants to lose money. No no!

All items will be delivered within a month but normally within a 2week period, you never know delivery times during certain times of the year.

Shipping to the US or Internationally - Yes we would happy to ship anywhere but feel free to email us directly first at info@girlwithabike.ca and we will find out the best cost and will let you know. This option will be available on the site soon enough but until then just reach out. 

Return Policy

Yes if you are unhappy with your purchase then we will happily take the item back within the first 30 days of the shipping date. The item has to be in perfect, unworn condition. Clearance and final sale items are not refundable or returnable. All return costs are at the cost of the customer and shipping fees are not refundable. We cannot guarantee or be held responsible if we do not receive the returned items therefore we recommend a trackable shipping service or choosing shipping insurance.
